Alongside LinkPG, I also work directly as a real estate consultant across Greater Faridabad and Delhi NCR — advising individual buyers, sellers and investors on plots, builder floors and new project launches.
Every setback was a masterclass. The hostel chain didn't survive — but it taught me what managed living really means at scale. LinkPG was built with everything that experience taught me.

Scaled a 14-property hostel chain across Kota and Delhi. Faced operational and financial collapse — then rebuilt the mindset entirely. Later rebranded as LinkPG.
