Who can list a property on LinkPG?
PG, hostel and co-living owners or operators can create an owner account and submit the properties they manage. Add the city, area, gender preference and room-sharing choices that apply to each property.
Is there a fee to create a listing?
There is no upfront listing fee or monthly listing charge. A ₹1,500 + GST platform fee applies per successful booking and tenant move-in.
Does my property go live immediately?
No. Submit your completed listing for LinkPG review. Our team checks the details and may ask for clarification or make edits before the property is approved and published.
What information should I keep ready?
Keep your property name, address, city and area, gender preference, room-sharing options, monthly rent, deposit, amenities, photos, nearby places and house rules ready. You can save your progress in the owner workspace.
Can I add different sharing options and prices?
Yes. Add the occupancy types your property offers, set the monthly rent for each and indicate availability. You can also manage your private floor, room and bed inventory in the owner workspace.
Can I edit my listing after it is published?
You can manage and submit changes from the owner dashboard. Listing changes follow the LinkPG review process before the updated details are published.
How do I keep track of enquiries and visits?
Open the enquiry section in your owner dashboard to review enquiries for your properties, arrange visits and record visit or booking progress. Keep successful bookings and move-ins updated so LinkPG can follow the outcome.
Can I manage tenants and rent too?
Yes. The owner workspace includes tenant records, stay and notice details, dues, collections, expenses, receipts and reports. Rent collections are currently recorded by the owner; online rent payment is not part of this flow.
