Abdussamad founded Linkpg (formerly Shabnamstays) after observing the challenges faced by hostels and PGs in Kota during the 2021 lockdown. Despite having limited funds, he ventured into the hostel lease business with a bold decision to invest 50,000 rupees, borrowed from his mother. Starting small, Abdussamad focused on offering affordable rents, quality meals, and essential amenities that he himself would appreciate as a tenant.
As demand grew, he expanded his operations, eventually managing over 450 beds across Kota. Initially named Shabnamstays, Abdussamad felt the need to innovate further. After encountering issues with existing rental management apps, he explored solutions and discovered a gap in the market for a comprehensive property management platform.
This realization led to the rebranding of Shabnamstays to Linkpg. Linkpg aims to revolutionize property management by integrating technology to handle tasks such as lead generation, booking management, dues collection, guest KYC, expense tracking, and maintenance. The platform is set to launch soon, promising to simplify operations for hostel, PG, and hotel owners while enhancing the tenant experience.
